Welcome to Ruben Cane Corso. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or purchase.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions made through RubenCaneCorso.com. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Puppy Availability
Puppy availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Puppies are only considered “reserved” once a deposit has been received and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Deposits
All deposits made to hold a puppy are non-refundable. Deposits are applied to the final purchase price. If a buyer fails to complete the purchase, the deposit is forfeited.
4. Health Guarantee
Each puppy will be:

Up to date on vaccinations and deworming

Examined by a licensed veterinarian

Provided with a health record at pickup
Buyers must have their puppy examined by their own licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery. Failure to do so voids any health guarantee.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is due before the puppy is released. Accepted forms of payment include:

Cash (in person)

Zelle or bank transfer

Other approved digital methods (as discussed individually)
Puppies will not leave our care until full payment has cleared.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery via ground transportation or flight nanny service for an added fee. All delivery arrangements must be finalized before the puppy is sent. We are not liable for delays or incidents during third-party transport.
7. Refund & Return Policy
Puppies are sold as-is with a health guarantee as described above. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless a certified veterinarian finds a life-threatening condition within the first 72 hours after pickup. In such rare cases, a replacement puppy or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
8. Breeding Rights
Puppies are sold as pets only unless otherwise agreed in writing. Breeding rights are not included unless explicitly stated and approved.
9. Buyer Responsibilities
The buyer agrees to:

Provide a safe and healthy environment for the puppy

Keep up with veterinary care and vaccinations

Avoid abuse, neglect, or resale without breeder notification
We reserve the right to refuse the sale if we believe the buyer cannot provide proper care.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ruben Cane Corso is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused directly or indirectly by the puppy once it is in the buyer’s possession. Ownership transfers at the time of pickup or delivery.
11. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Ruben Cane Corso operates. Any legal disputes must be settled in that jurisdiction.
